All our programs are delegate-focused. Whether it is a one-on-one coaching program, or a group leadership workshop, the facilitator takes care in designing the program towards the outcomes and learning styles of the delegates. We can do this through thorough detailing and research of your needs prior to embarking on the journey with you. During the workshop the facilitator continues to track progress by tweaking the program in real time for maximum learning of the delegates and the fulfilment of outcomes.

The prime concern of the program is delegate centred. The facilitator is skilled and trained to match your optimum learning style to achieve your outcomes in the time frame of the program.

No. Parent Leadership is about leadership that brings heart back to organizations, families or communities. As long as you are committed to trust that you and those you interact with have a common cause that engages your passions parent leadership is about setting out ‘criteria’ to guide us through the chaos of continuous change and ‘parenting’ our selves and others towards a mutual Vision. The metaphor is about unconditional love of parents towards their offspring and this can powerfully be translated to how we lead our own lives and how we influence those around us towards a common purpose, be it a great place to work, a happy family or a safer/cleaner planet to live in.

Set your Goal

Allows for implementation and integration of the coaching outcomes. Taking the outcomes on in the neurology.

Increases the level of commitment and motivation, to get their value and return on investment. Experience suggests that clients who pay for their Coaching in advance are more likely to complete their tasks and more likely to achieve their outcomes.

Setting goals is only one step in the process towards achieving your vision/ dream. In our programs we help you create awareness and task yourself to understand how your beliefs, values, identity and philosophy of life is driving you there or holding you back, and help you do more of the former and change the latter.

No. Transformational Coaching is essentially for only those who have enough ego-strength to do whatever it takes to get themselves to where they wish to go. The client has to be ready to make time, invest energy and commit 100% effort into the coaching process. Coaching here is not a passive process where the coach ‘heals’ and ‘breaks through’ issues for the client. The coach is there as a non-judgmental mirror to the client. The coach creates the most useful space for the client to perceive more clearly what they may not be seeing yet by stepping away or into a different place so they can now get different angles or points of view from where they may have been ‘stuck’ before. From there, it is entirely up to the client to do the work, train, get skilled up if necessary, to run the race and to go for ‘gold’ in their life so to speak. The outcomes are dependent on the dance between the coach and the client as the former challenges and supports the latter towards the realizing of their Vision. Unless the client chooses to step into courageous places, there is little the coach can do. The client is responsible for his/ her results so the more hungry and committed you are to the tasks needed to take you there, the more you will achieve. You will be amazed how much more you can get out of a coaching program then what you set out to do, if you trust to go with the flow as realizations and learnings unfold for you. If unsure whether Transformational Coaching is for you, the best way is to check with a certified coach to professionally assess your readiness.

Find Your Balance

The TLC programs are designed with self-awareness being a central focus. In all the programs, the delegates are facilitated to look inward and reflect on issues that are of deepest value to them, and to use this knowledge to drive their visions forwards whether it is regarding professional or personal development. Balance is something all our delegates continue to work towards. The astuteness of knowing when we are thrown off balance is central to how we can work towards centring ourselves again. The nimbleness by which we seemingly come into balance is the constant aim in our lives the mastering of which is a lifelong pursuit. Our TLC programs consistently help you with taking you to finer levels of how to move towards this balance.

The difference really lies in utilizing a more humanistic approach to thriving in the chaos of change. Previous models of leading change in organizations or life in general used a mechanistic engineering approach of Newtonian physics as a metaphor for managing people and life processes. Our leadership programs have borrowed assumptions from quantum physics such that we need to look at patterns before we work on details as every part of the system affects the whole. As the observer can change the outcome of an event with quantum mechanics, so too do we presume that every person that we interact with changes the outcomes of organizations and life. It is essentially about leadership of self and others through awareness of minute changes, and the ability to flexibly allow the system to do what it needs to do including going through chaos before it finds a new order of function at a higher level of transformation with only simple guidelines/criteria to lead us to the achievement of a specific Vision. Eg it is not about setting stringent procedures to follow but more about engaging the hearts of the members in an organization, family or community into a shared Vision, and allowing each member to do what they need to do to get us there.
